Arsene Wenger not impressed by Man United after 2-0 defeat against PSG

Manchester United had critics barging on them following a 2-0 defeat against PSG on Tuesday. Former Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger as well is not impressed with how the Red Devil’s were against PSG last evening.

Wenger who took the Gunners to the 2006 Champions League finals said United lost the game in one key area, in particular.

“The difference, technically, in speed of understanding of the game between the two teams, was huge and it became bigger as the game went on,”

“Man United played at home and had one shot on goal in a Champions League game – that tells you the difference between the two teams.”

Wenger told BeIN Sport.

“In the Champions League you can’t be dominated in midfield and the whole evening, Manchester United were dominated in midfield. PSG played with five midfielders and they never lost the ball.”

Under Solskjaer, United were 11-game unbeaten.
